Spiritual stones contain pure Heavenly Energy that greatly supports cultivation. The amount of Heavenly Energy contained within a spiritual stone is equivalent to cultivating for about half a month.[1] They are created with the Deity’s Lakes in the Draconic Ruins Realm. Heavenly Energy is extremely thin in the Draconic Ruins Realm making spiritual stones necessary for cultivation. The higher one’s cultivation becomes, the greater a cultivator's need would be for spiritual stones. Because of their value and rarity they are used as currency to exchange for artifacts and demon spirits.[2]
Because of their value, they are used as a type of currency to exchange for other valuables such as Artifacts and Demon Spirits. Students at the Skysoul Institute of the Divine Feathers Sect receives a monthly allowance based on the grade of their Spiritual Roots. They can earn additional spiritual stones by taking on requests in the Cultivation Hall.[2]
Spiritual Stone Essences are a rarer, more condensed, form of spiritual stones that are approximately equivalent to a thousand of them.[3] Gold spiritual stone essences are and even more rare and valuable treasure. A single piece of gold spiritual stone essence is equivalent to a hundred spiritual stone essences, which is also equivalent to hundreds of thousands of regular spiritual stones. If used to forge artifacts, the results would be Grade 8 or 9, at the very least.[4]
